Hyatt Place Eugene / Oakway Center

We didn't stay here, we only went to the 4-6 Happy Hour. I ordered the Hyatt Burger & I was beyond delighted at the tender, melt in your mouth, delicious Beef that my burger was made with. I have had many Burgers, but this one far surpassed most places that I have had a Burger at. I added Mayo, Catsup/Ketchup & raw onion, but it came with Arugula on it, which I love! It came with French Fries & a side of Ranch for dipping. My dining partner ordered Chicken Strips, Fries & the Hummus Plate & she had as her beverage a Moscow Mule. The place is beautiful, the staff super nice & we cannot wait to come back when the weather is nice & dance out on the rooftop patio under the stars. My friend DJ Mandy Mac has sun here before. ♡

My recent stay at this hotel was fantastic. The staff was super friendly and made me feel welcome right away. The room was really clean and comfy. The hotel is in a great spot, close to the main shopping hub and the breakfast options were delicious too. But what made my stay awesome was how nice the staff were. Oh, and they have a fantastic rooftop SkyBar with a beautiful view of the evening sky. It's the perfect spot to relax and unwind. I recommend this hotel.

My family stayed here in May. The room was spacious and lovely. The service was great. We also loved the pool and jacuzzi. Perhaps the most stand out element of this hotel though is the SkyBar. I am still on the search for an espresso martini, hummus, or chicken wings that are anywhere near as good as what we had at the SkyBar. They even have a kids menu! To top things off, they have the most beautiful patio. I will definitely be staying here again next time I go to Eugene.

Clean, accommodating hotel. Front desk friendly and helpful. Very convenient to shopping and restaurants. We have stayed here multiple times. Update: This month, we want to particularly thank front desk representatives Ms. Kaylee, Anthony and Art. Their professionalism and helpfulness made our stay so much more comfortable, while we stay for medical visits.

I recently had an extremely disheartening experience at the Hyatt Hotel, which I feel compelled to share. My wife and I had a reservation, but upon my arrival - in a hospital outfit due to a recent car accident - I was shocked by the hotel's rigid and insensitive policy. Despite providing confirmation of the reservation made under both our names, the staff adamantly refused to let me check in without my wife being present. This lack of compassion and flexibility in a situation where I was clearly in distress is appalling. I was in pain and in desperate need of rest, but instead, I was forced to leave and find another hotel that could accommodate me. Such an experience is not only a gross failure in customer service but also a stark lack of basic human empathy. I am deeply disappointed and will not be returning to the Hyatt Hotel. It's alarming how a reputable establishment can disregard the immediate needs of a guest, especially one in a vulnerable state. I hope this review serves as a wake-up call to the Hyatt Hotel to re-evaluate their policies and staff training, ensuring no other guest has to endure what I went through. In response to the owner, the reservation was not cancelled through the call center by myself or my wife who was trying to rent a rental car to come to the hotel to meet me. The man at the podium said nothing about the reservation being cancelled. He only demanded I wait until my wife arrived in order to give me a room. Totally unacceptable. Not sure I want to continue as a Hyatt Discoverest. I look forward to your call.
